About the Role:

We're looking for an organised and energetic

Assistant Manager

to support our youth department. You'll oversee curriculum planning, coordinate productions and events, and lead a team to deliver impactful arts programmes for young people from diverse backgrounds.

Working Hours:

Tues-Sat, 9:30am-7:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Programme & Team Management

Oversee youth programme and day-to-day operations Supervise youth executives, volunteers, and student assistants Build positive relationships with youths and ensure a safe, inclusive space Handle vendor liaison, procurement, and admin support

Production & Events

Coordinate performances, workshops, exhibitions, and rehearsals Work closely with instructors and creative teams for smooth show execution Manage production timelines and technical requirements

What We're Looking For:

Diploma in relevant field with 3-4 years of experience Background in event/production management (theatre, music, dance, or visual arts preferred) Familiar with stage/AV operations Strong communication, adaptability, and leadership skills Passionate about the arts and youth development
