Job Description
$8K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: CentralResponsibilities
- Maximising total return for the portfolio of properties assigned, this will involve working with the property management & leasing department to improve occupancies, revenue (rental and other income) and cost reduction.
- Tenant & lease management of assigned portfolio of properties.
- Responsible for the timely preparation of management reports and board papers.
- Coordinate the bi-annual valuation exercises.
- To liaise and rnanage the authorities for onboarding of new tenants.
- Assist senior management in evaluating and resolving operational issues as well as deal structuring, due diligence, feasibility studies and the acquisition/deposition of assets.
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Degree in Real Estate or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in real estate asset management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
