- Coordinating monthly rotational menus, wine lists.
- Controlling costs on service products.
- Exploration of new products.
- Driving sales for outlet.
- Describe, upsell menu.
- Training of new staffs for service.
- Ensure that service is run smoothly day-to-day basis.
- Communicate with Manager / Owner for inventory lists and sales..
- 1 year of experience at similar position
- Jovial, out-going, bubbly, fun personality.
- To be able to work under stress.
- Background knowledge in Artisan Wines / Spirits.
- Driving sales for outlet.
- Describe, upsell food or drinks.
- 5 Days / 44 Hours Work Week
