Job Description

In this role within the Building Systems Project team at Changi Airport Terminal, you will oversee the operations and maintenance of Electrical systems, including low tension power, lighting, and extra low voltage systems. Responsibilities encompass end-of-life replacement, minor improvements, fault trending, system analysis, condition monitoring planning, cost budgeting, and maintenance contract support. Your involvement extends from project planning to execution, requiring collaboration with stakeholders, calling tenders, evaluating, and implementing improvement/replacement works. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) teams, contributing to innovative efforts such as establishing a digitalization roadmap, forming partnerships with solution providers, and implementing IoT platforms for sensorization and digital twining of M&E systems.

You will execute improvement/replacement works to enhance facilities, lead structured analysis processes like Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and support innovative initiatives for the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) teams.

Additional responsibilities:

• Managing projects from planning to completion, collaborating with stakeholders to minimize operational impact
• Reviewing and suggesting enhancements to existing work procedures,
• Participating in digitization/innovation and Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis initiatives,
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations, undertaking administrative tasks, assisting in tenancy-related works, and supporting audits for systems under your charge.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant technical working experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and driven.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical with problem-solving capabilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Interpret technical drawings and perform basic engineering calculations.
• Knowledge of IT network and Power BI is an advantage.
