The Institute for Adult Learning (IAL), an autonomous institute of the Singapore University of Social Sciences, is at the forefront of building capabilities and continuing professional development for an effective, innovative, and responsive TAE sector. Innovation Centre (IC), a division under IAL, leads the learning innovation with and for the Training and Adult Education (TAE) sector through programmes and initiatives. The Centre\'s objective is to advance the development, proliferation and adoption of proven innovative learning solutions. IC is made up of 3 teams - (i) Adoption and Acceleration, (ii) Exploration and Development and (iii) Innovation Support Services.

Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Principal Manager, Adoption and Acceleration, the position works with the various Programme Managers (PMs) in meeting the centre\'s objectives to advance the development, proliferation, and adoption of proven innovative learning solutions. The appointee will develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for proven Minimum Marketable Product (MMP) learning solutions that could lead to their readiness for wider adoption in the larger learning and development community. The appointee will be responsible for sustaining a strong pipeline of applications for the programme and conduct evaluation of proposals to ascertain their eligibility for funding support; which will the marketing of a Regulatory Sandbox to support efforts to commercialise proven solutions. The appointee should also be familiar with the training and adult education landscape and is adept at market and business-related research studies. The appointee is expected to work effectively cross teams and collaborate to synergise the different programmes to better achieve intended outcomes and generate greater impact on raising the practice and standards in learning and learning outcomes.
Key activities related to these responsibilities include:
1. Assist the PM to strategise, develop and implement outreach and engagement plans that will attract high-quality grant applicants with innovative learning solutions for the programmes under the Innovation Centre (IC).
2. Develop marketing and content strategies across different media platforms (eg website, social media channels, newsletters) to drive engagement with stakeholders; and collaborate with subject matter experts to create impactful and engaging marketing materials.
3. Drive efforts to attract, engage and bring on board potential users of the successful learning solutions.
4. Identify potential Lead Users with a high propensity to adopt the funded products and to review/validate Lead User Research to identify the availability of strong market opportunities & innovative features to augment the product adoption rate.
5. Manage prospecting and relationship development of partners and TAE stakeholders and turn opportunities into tangible outcomes.
6. Manage and track projects to ensure projects are on track and resolve issues.
7. Evaluate grant applicant proposals: conduct / review market studies, product competitiveness, product-market strategy, risk mitigations and assess consumer readiness to accept solutions to improve adoption.
8. Support and work with the Programme Manager to market the Regulatory Sandbox.
9. Additional duties may be assigned, and functions may be modified, according to business necessity.
