The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.Mandai X is the growth accelerator and venture building arm of Mandai Wildlife Group that sparks, catalyses and accelerates innovative ventures in completely new domains that drive growth and impact at scale.Main Duties and Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Develop business growth strategies and plans\xc2\xb7 Manage, retain and increase client base\xc2\xb7 Accumulate in-depth knowledge of business trends, products and value proposition\xc2\xb7 Negotiate with stakeholders, business partners and clients\xc2\xb7 Identify and map business strengths and customer needs\xc2\xb7 Research business opportunities and viable income streams\xc2\xb7 Draft and review contracts, write business proposals\xc2\xb7 Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management\xc2\xb7 Identify and source for partnership opportunities and outreach through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client visits\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with management and internal stakeholders to align internal goals with new and existing partner relationships\xc2\xb7 Negotiate and finalise deals in accordance with Company\'s contract guidelines and policies\xc2\xb7 Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organisation - represent our brand and act as our partners\' internal liaison\xc2\xb7 Analyse, forecast, measure, and report the results of various corporate products, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships\xc2\xb7 Maintain excellent ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnerships\xc2\xb7 Building sales funnels and management of leads pipeline, end to end from leads generation, nurture & quality leads until negotiating and closing to deals\xc2\xb7 Any other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Degree with minimally 3- 5 years of relevant work experience in business development, sales and/or partnerships\xc2\xb7 Possess a strong network of business contacts over the course of career\xc2\xb7 Sales-driven and result-oriented\xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of personal energy\xc2\xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills\xc2\xb7 Critical thinker with a strategic mind and problem-solving skills, including risk/roadblock identification\xc2\xb7 Pro-active team player with a positive attitude and determination to succeedSpecialization : Sales and Experience Development
