Job Description

:

The incumbent is responsible for backend information system related projects, and he/ she isexpected to be part of a lean, dynamic team responsible for the refining of existing processes as wellas the development and deployment of new technology projects driven by the unit. Other key areasof work include but is not limited to the participation of key cross-functional projects as well as themigration and upgrading of our backend information systems. Candidate may also be required totravel between outlets for deployment of the various projects when necessary and interact withpeople from all levels.

CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Subject matter expert for all workflows

• Define process flows and SOPs for store relatedworkflow.
• Reviewing existing workflows and proposing improvedprocesses to improve effectiveness and efficiency offront liners.
• Communicate end users requirements effectively tointernal stakeholders especially IT.
• Responsible for developing user guide and training ofstores on the new process for new workflows that aredesigned and rolled out.
• Ensure comprehensive e2e UAT for rollout.
• Provide support for stores after go live.
• Clear understanding of posting entries into financialsystems for each workflow and able to advise projectteams accordingly.Requirements Gathering for other formats (eg. Unity,Cheers)
• Work with Unity and Cheers team to understand theirrequirements to see if they can be onboarded onprograms developed for FP.
• Follow up on subsequent enhancements required foronboarding of other formats.

Pharmacy Module & Related Solutions Pertaining to Unity

Solutioning, Testing and Production Support

• Firm up requirements from various stakeholders andwork with ITD to develop final solution fordevelopment.
• Ensure comprehensive UAT on the e2e process withrespective stakeholders
• Support and ensure smooth pilot and rollout of allrelevant programs to all Unity Stores.

Stocktake Setup

Setup, Configuration of Ad-hoc and ScheduledStocktake

• Work with key stakeholders to setup thestocktake to ensure processes to ensure asuccessful stocktake is being managed ahead,during and after completion of stocktake.
• Facilitate investigation after completion of stocktake toassist stores in achieving stocktake

Other Projects and AdministrativeBAU

Consignment

• Support and ensure smooth rollout of Price Surveyapp to all FP stores and HQ users
• Follow up on resolution of production issues with ITD
• Expansion of Price Survey app to Cheers and Unity

BAU support

• Ensure Production issues have follow up and closedwithin 2 working days; timely escalation of criticalissues when there are 3 or more stores affected ordowntime of more than 1 hour. Ensure all productionissues are logged in the issue logs and closed withproper corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications:

RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous working experience in the retail industry preferred but not compulsory
• Knowledge in Project Management and UAT testing
• Experience in managing a team
• Prior experience working with SAP preferred but not compulsory
• Strong knowledge in financial processes
