What the role is:Assistant Manager/ Business Planning & Development (11-month)What you will be working on:Execute Price and Quality tenders for allocation of State properties and ensure outcomes are metExplore and implement new allocation mechanisms for State propertiesPlan and execute adaptive reuse of State land and properties before they are slated for long term developmentsRejuvenate portfolio properties by engaging market players to explore new usesWork with other agencies and business partners for potential collaboration on strategic properties and projectsWhat we are looking for:Candidate with strong interpersonal, communication and writing skillsAble to work both independently and in a team, and has great attention to detailsAble to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyPossess good initiative, project management skills, adept to produce PowerPoint slides and presentationsExperience in Urban Planning, Business Development, Data Analysis and Contracts would have an advantageAbout Singapore Land Authority:The mission of the Singapore Land Authority is to optimise land resources for the economic and social development of Singapore.
