The successful candidate will be in Cabin Crew Learning & Development department of Cabin Crew division.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver quality training for Cabin Crew Readiness Programme (CCRP) trainees and Returning Crew Scheme (RCS) crew to inculcate service excellence. Conduct wet run assessments to ensure standards are maintained. Manage the Foreign Language Scheme (French Qualified / German Qualified) contracts with vendors and facilitate the intensive and refresher programmes to ensure crew maintain their annual proficiency records. Develop and maintain B737 Narrow-body (NB) courseware and training programme for Wide-body (WB) to NB conversion to ensure crew fulfil operational requirements based on post-COVID priorities. Manage the Regulatory courses and e-learning modules to ensure all content are updated timely and crew maintain their recency records in accordance with the guidelines set by the respective authorities. Drive Data Analytics and support the development of CCLD dashboard and Training Portal to streamline processes and increase automation. Drive sustainability related initiatives in CCLD. Assist in additional duties / projects when assigned.

Requirements

A university degree in any discipline is acceptable Project management (which includes project planning and use of PM tools such as JIRA) Product management (which includes requirements gathering and quality assurance testing) Data analysis, and any proficiency in data visualisation will be advantageous Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis in Microsoft Excel Training-related qualifications (such as ACTA, ACLP, DACE) would be an advantage Knowledge of learning and development methods Familiar with e-learning platforms and digital tools Good interpersonal and communication skills Analytical with a keen sense for numbers Ability to manage projects independently Team player Resourceful and adaptable Detail oriented
