(Assistant) Manager, Client Management (Healthcare)

SUMMARY

\xc2\xb7 Our client touches people\'s lives around the clock by delivering life-saving drugs to hospitals, bringing high-quality products to remote villages, installing technology that raises living standards, and providing new formulations for healthcare products that makes life easier. They are in search for a successful candidate who will be an important member understanding sales and supply chain operations. This will be helpful towards a career anchored in the operational aspects of fulfilment. This role sits in their Healthcare business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Inventory Management:

• Coordinate closely with logistics (DC) for incoming shipment tracking.

• Ensure inventory levels is within the contractual inventory holding target.

• Prompt review & action on the obsolesces to minimize the non-working inventory.

• Work closely with DC to monitor the excess storage charges and informed the affected Clients.

• Provide timely and proper instruction to Material Management team for inventory transfer, write off, block action.

2) Client Management:

• Base on business contract, identify key service areas and KPIs. Translate into monthly KPI report for Operation Meetings.

• Align the KPI definition and targets with cross-functional team, namely CCC, DC, SCM, and Finance.

• Responsible to consolidate and understand the KPI matrix, and reason for failure to meet the KPI, if any.

• Conduct monthly operations review, or quarterly business review with key clients (including Operation stats, open issues, progress, etc.).

• Liaises with Clients on their requirements & assist to resolve daily problems encountered.

• Maintain high frequency of engagement with Clients to build effective and strong working relationships.

• Work with other cross-functional departments like DC, CCC and finance to ensure clients\' operational requirements are metAct to support the human component in the business by developing strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR problems such as compensation, benefits, health, and safety, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Act as the point of contact for employment relations and in communication with MOM, overseeing all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.

\xc2\xb7 Handle grievances and violations, taking disciplinary action when necessary.

\xc2\xb7 Proper analysis of data using the internal HR metrics and reporting to upper management

REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate/diploma/degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain, or equivalent
• Guide team to ensure effective delivery of team\'s goals
• Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Client Management and company behaviors as part of continuous learning
• Demonstrate basic understanding of clients\' industry/business/products
• Demonstrate basic client management and communication skills
• Proven advanced numeracy and quantitative analysis
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions
• Demonstrate fluency in locally used languages and ideally in English, both written and spoken
