What the role is:
You oversee daily operations of the medical centre, including manpower management, logistics and clinical training for medical staff.
What you will be working on:
- Manage clinic operations - Coordinate medical staff training - Handle logistics requirements - Oversee manpower planning - Provide operational medical support Challenge(s) - Leading teams effectively to meet operational demands while maintaining high standards of medical support - Understanding supported units' training and operational requirements to provide timely and effective medical support
What we are looking for:
