This position focuses on optimizing IT infrastructure operations, managing projects, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.Infrastructure Operations Management:

  • Lead and manage the Infra Ops Team to ensure smooth IT infrastructure operations across the APAC region
  • Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, reliability, and availability
Project Management:
  • Manage IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Requirements Analysis:
  • Gather and analyze business and technical requirements to identify infrastructure needs
  • Translate requirements into actionable plans and solutions
Process Optimization:
  • Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure processes and workflows
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
Vendor Management:
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality infrastructure services
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and agreements
Documentation:
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT infrastructure configurations, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders
Performance Monitoring:
  • Monitor and report on infrastructure performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks and issues
Compliance and Security:
  • Ensure infrastructure operations comply with relevant regulations and security standards
  • Implement security measures and protocols to protect infrastructure assets.
Team Leadership:
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Infra Ops Team
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. Advanced certifications are a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in IT infrastructure management and project leadership
  • Proven track record of successfully managing infrastructure teams and projects in the APAC region
  • Experience in AWS Cloud management for at least 3 years
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English, and knowledge of local languages within the APAC region is advantageous
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Expertise in IT infrastructure technologies, including networks, servers and storage
  • Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies
  • Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management framework
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of IT professionals
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions
  • Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and service-level agreement (SLA) management
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing infrastructure needs
