We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Collections Services.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Annual GRCA Returns on Bad & Doubtful accounts for submission to Finance Department for MAS reporting
  • Raising of vouchers and passing entries for Bad & Doubtful accounts
  • To perform account maintenance arising from Collections instructions &/or to support Bad & Doubtful entries
  • Ensure accounts are written-off timely and accurately as per Group requirement
  • Prepare POD (Proof of Debt) POC (Proof of Claim) checking the stage/status of the account prior to prepare Statement of account for Law firm
  • Ensure all Operating process are in compliance per Local/Group/MAS policies
  • To contribute to operational efficiency by minimizing manual work and improve workflow through automation
  • Support any Ad-hoc task assign
Requirements
  • Diploma graduate with 2 years of banking experience in operations/support area in Credit
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access would be an added advantage
  • Sound knowledge of OHC, HUB, SFE and Fusion
  • Strong interpersonal skills
