What the role is:Assistant Manager/ Commercial Leasing (11-month contract)What you will be working on:To develop and maintain good relationships with tenants and attend to feedbackFormulate and review leasing policies and processesDevelop deeper understanding of customers\' needs regarding space requirements and utilisation, and rental assistance etc.Arrears managementManage tenant-landlord relationships and negotiate tenancy renewalsWhat we are looking for:At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in the real estate industryStrong interpersonal and writing skillsAble to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environmentGood knowledge of real estate and facilities management will be an advantageFresh graduates may be consideredAbout Singapore Land Authority:The mission of the Singapore Land Authority is to optimise land resources for the economic and social development of Singapore.
