Assistant Manager, Concierge

The Assistant Manager, Concierge is responsible for accurately assessing the guest\xe2\x80\x99s needs and requests and then providing personalized recommendations. He / She will assist in leading the Concierge Team to deliver personalized recommendations, taking every opportunity to provide service beyond our guest\xe2\x80\x99s expectations.

The incumbent will need to work with the appropriate individual or department (eg., Guest Services, Front Desk, Housekeeping, etc) to provide a seamless experience for our guests.
