Role
My client is an established organization in the industry and has been rated as one of the best companies to work with for consecutive years. As part of their expansion plan, there now is a demand for an ambitious individual to join them in this newly created position. Reporting to the Region Business Controller, you will be responsible for hands on controllership duties for the Singapore entities as the preparer. In addition, you will lead finance transformation initiatives within the region and responsible for partnering with various stakeholders across multiple business units in rolling out new finance processes and delivering continuous improvements.

Requirements
Ideally, you should be degree qualified in Accountant and/or Finance and possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Candidates from reputable MNC background will be advantageous. You are meticulous with a strong financial analytical mind and have the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. As this role will be a sole contributor role, you will be expected to be hands on, and to be an effective communicator, with the ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance from internal stakeholders.
