We are seeking a forward-thinking and tech-savvy candidate to join our team. Specifically, the role will drive data analytics and process automation projects to bring about operation efficiencies and control compliance.Job Responsibilities

• Leverage data analytics to analyse large volumes of data for outliers, anomalies, and patterns as part of the compliance and efficiency reviews.
• Build and develop data analytics and visualisation tools and dashboards to support process owner needs for continuous monitoring and analysis.
• Work closely with process owners to understand operations and control issues, identify opportunities for efficiencies and co-create automation solutions.
• Explore and evaluate potential applications of AI solutions to enhance efficiency, productively and innovation within the organization.
• Interpret internal stakeholder needs and requirements, translating concepts into deliverables.
• Present value-adding and practical recommendations to process owners.
• Participate in other related projects when required.

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting or Business Management.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in data analytics and/ or automation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/ or SQL.
• Advanced Excel skills and VBA, and proficiency in data visualisation with Tableau/ Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning and other AI technologies is advantageous.
• Portray inquisitive, meticulous, good logical, analytical and process flow skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with diverse groups and stakeholders of different levels.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
