This role focuses on the cost planning and analytics for the manpower within the firm, focused on budget analysis for new hires as well as analytics on the benefits distributed.

This role hence requires familiarity with the Power BI and Tableau reporting systems.

Description

HR Cost/Headcount Planning:

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and the Finance team to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the planning and control process.
  • Establish uniformity in the HR planning and control procedure, ensuring consistent assumptions across different divisions and markets.
  • Work alongside HRBPs and the Finance team to maintain the quality of headcount planning, cost tracking, analysis, assumptions, and forecasts.
  • Encourage the business to uphold cost discipline and provide rationale for significant variances.
  • Act as a communication bridge between Finance, HR, and the local/regional business.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Employ a robust consultative approach to resolve business challenges.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and develop salary structures.
  • Assist in the annual salary and bonus review process and projects related to Compensation & Benefits.
  • Evaluate benefits/insurance offerings.
  • Integrate compensation and job evaluation best practices, creating training and communication resources to support the Rewards process.
Profile
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Analytics, or Statistics.
  • 5 years of experience in related fields such as FP&A or Business Analytics.
  • Highly skilled in organization with a natural inclination towards handling data; proficient in data analysis, including advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
  • Capable of fostering robust and collaborative relationships within HR teams and among business functions/leaders.
  • Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Displays resilience when confronted with challenging scenarios.
  • Quick to grasp new concepts and open to embracing change.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and consultative aptitudes.
  • Adopts a mindset focused on continuous improvement to eliminate non-value-added tasks.
  • Efficiently prioritizes tasks when facing multiple timelines and deliverables.
