Assistant Manager cum Process Engineer (West/Cable Manufacturer) | AL (ID: 648964)Working Hours:- Monday to Friday: 7am - 4:30pm- Alternate Saturday: 7am - 1pmJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager cum Process Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will report to the General Manager/Production Manager and be responsible for improving productivity, cost savings, and ensuring machines are in good running order.Responsibilities:- Optimize current or new procedures to improve productivity- Identify and implement cost-saving measures through productivity gains and waste reduction- Collaborate with Maintenance team to ensure machine efficiency- Produce reports to document current processes and provide operating instructions- Investigate root causes of non-conformance and recommend corrective actions with Production SupervisorRequirements:- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering- Excellent analytical and math skills- Proven problem-solving abilities- At least 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (Cables Industry preferred)- Ability to perform shifts and work additional hours when necessaryInterested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click "apply now" an updated copy of your resume in MS Word format.We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.PERSOLKELLY Singapore Pte Ltd
