What you will do :
  • Delivering a best in class customer experience. Engaging customers with speed, empathy and effectiveness.
  • Drive Customer Satisfaction, NPS and investor participation on the platform
  • Lead the CX team in alignment with business interest
  • Develop and uphold process & policies via coordinated efforts with stakeholders
  • Drive projects
  • Be the driver and pillar of support for the business in escalations
Requirements
  • Have at least 4 years experience in Customer Experience related role
  • Analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Excel for reporting requirements
  • High level of comfort and competence in written communication
  • People centric
You will shine in this role if you are/have:
  • CMFAS certification for financial products selling/ advisory
