Project, IT procurement and Vendor management.
Keep abreast of the latest developments in computer technologies to see if any of them can be employed to improve the organisation's productivity
Facilitate all the audit and compliance activities such as IT health check, IT self-assessment, Internal IT audit, External IT audit and regulatory IT compliance and audit
Active member of Infrastructure Incident management team
Work closely with peers to carry out work effectively
Actively involved in Datacentre relocation projects
Cross-function support assisting Server & Storage team and IT Service management team
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology
At least 10 years of relevant IT experience in IT operation support and service management
Good knowledge of ITIL processes, IT Infrastructure support, datacentre operations, servers, network, and IT security
Excellent communication (both oral and written).
Good project, vendor and contract management skills
Pro-active, dynamic, dedicated and responsible self-starter with strong customer orientation and multi-tasking capabilities
Knowledge in various IT platforms, Systems (Windows/Linux/Solaris/VMWare), networks, SAN, Backup technology, monitoring and ITSM tools
