What the role is:Assistant Manager (Digital Media)What you will be working on:JOB RESPONSIBILTIES \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage and work closely with business divisions to identify business drivers and desired outcomes, and identify digital opportunities that will achieve these desired outcomes \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist business users to conceptualise and design business solutions, and help users prioritise them for implementation \xe2\x80\xa2 Where necessary, assist users with or drive business process review or re-design to take advantage of digital tools and opportunities \xe2\x80\xa2 Advise business users and their management how technology can transform business outcomes \xe2\x80\xa2 Researches and maintains knowledge in emerging technologies and the potential application to businesses \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with users on proof-of-concepts and other digital innovation experiments where required \xe2\x80\xa2 Leverage AI software and tools to enhance and modernise modelling toolsets crucial for user engagement, requirements gathering, and issue analysis. This includes the application of AI-driven design thinking tools, customer journey maps, and other innovative technologies \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with other Architects (e.g. technical architects, data architects) to conduct analysis and design \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide regular progress updates of initiatives undertaken to business users and management \xe2\x80\xa2 Be a digital change agent and relationship manager to the business users for TP\'s digital transformationWhat we are looking for:JOB REQUIREMENTS \xe2\x80\xa2 Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 Have strong analytical skills, able to independently derive high-level technical designs via the analysis of business requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Have strong negotiation, risk management and issue resolution skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Have strong people and vendor management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Have excellent communication skills, able to articulate technology solutions to various audiences \xe2\x80\xa2 Have an innovative mindset and be able to challenge assumptions \xe2\x80\xa2 Is performance-driven, full of enthusiasm, and capable of working independently as well as leading teams \xe2\x80\xa2 Have a high level of initiative and integrityAbout Temasek Polytechnic:Established in 1990, Temasek Polytechnic (TP) is a leading institution of high learning nestled by the idyllic shores of Bedok Reservoir in Tampines.
