What the role is:Assistant Manager (Digital Media)What you will be working on:JOB RESPONSIBILTIES Manage and maintain TP's digital presence via the corporate website and staff portal Create digital content to engage both internal and external stakeholders effectively Gather and analyse stakeholder input using data-driven methodologies to refine the digital content, design and functionality Deploy AI-driven strategies to enhance content personalisation and engagement for diverse audience segments Maintain digital website comprehensively and utilize tools for advanced content personalisation and SEO techniques, aimed at boosting organic traffic and improving user experience Work closely with business divisions to map out business needs and desired outcomes Employ AI software and tools to enhance engagement mechanisms, using AI-driven design thinking tools and customer journey mapping to streamline requirements and issue analysis Facilitate communication-driven initiatives, aligning digital content with marketing campaigns, to drive TP's branding and strategic objectives effectively Keep abreast with emerging technologies, particularly the applications in enhancing business processes, applying a data-driven communication strategy to share insights and innovations Serve as a digital change agent and leverage AI insights to guide business divisions through digital transformationWhat we are looking for:JOB REQUIREMENTS Preferably qualifications in Communications, Media, or equivalent with relevant experience in web management At least 5 years of work experience Well-versed in SEO and content management systems Proficiency in AI software and tools such as Adobe Experience Manager and Midjourney, RunwayML Have good analytical and problem solving skills Possess strong people and vendor management skills Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technology solutions to various audiences Have an innovative mindset and be able to challenge assumptionsAbout Temasek Polytechnic:Established in 1990, Temasek Polytechnic (TP) is a leading institution of high learning nestled by the idyllic shores of Bedok Reservoir in Tampines.
