Work in collaboration with Special Events, Creative, Call Center, Casino Ops teams and Sales teams to oversee collaterals and messages are most effectively designed and communicated to patrons
Oversee marketing campaigns on the communications aspect plus on evaluating and managing the data to ensure we have the best qualified patrons attending
Have a creative mindset when crafting communications with emphasis on being able to enhance the attractiveness of our offers and promotions
Conduct regular A/B testing to improve response rates for low response segments for all communication channels
Manage and enhance the operational aspects of our communication touch points such as Direct Mail, Email, SMS, Kiosk, Loyalty App, Loyalty website and digital signage
Support the Manager of Direct Marketing in guiding and developing the Senior Executives and Executives and ensuring they adhere to department and compliance related processes
Support the Manager of Direct Marketing in the distribution of workload within the team, and following up with individual team members on their individual project progress
Assist the Manager of Direct Marketing to speak to other departments to ensure that the Direct Marketing initiatives are properly implemented, without compromising any team\'s operational efficiency
Primary Responsibilities
College degree in Business or Marketing
At least 5 years of strategic marketing and direct marketing experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality and or gaming industry.
Must have excellent communication skills and Microsoft Office skills such as Word, Excel, Visio.
Preferably have experience in Adobe creative suite software
Excellent communication skills verbally and written with the ability to communicate goals, SOPs, and objectives clearly.
Require high attention to detail to ensure that the team adheres to its SOPs and submissions meet CRA standards
