Requirements- The company is currently looking for a CRM & Ecom Assistant Manager, reporting to Brand manager. This role is to develop, manage and implement CRM and Ecommerce platforms for existing Requirements- The company is currently looking for a CRM & Ecom Assistant Manager, reporting to Brand manager. This role is to develop, manage and implement CRM and Ecommerce platforms for existing and new Ecommerce businesses for the company. s: . Lead and drive the development of overall e-commerce strategy and partnerships, manage and execute marketing plans to grow Ecommerce sales across Brand.com, MarketPlaces and 3rd Party Platforms. . Develop optimization plans by conducting market research through monitoring and analyzing the competitors and eCommerce market trend . Sensitive to the market trend and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop clientele base and sales . Manage the daily operations of the Ecommerce platforms functions and enhance Brand.com, MarketPlaces and 3rd Party Platforms performances to drive different sales related KPI (such as inventory control, pricing update and products highlights, promotional plan etc.) . Handle incoming customer inquiries and proactively provide support to customers . Ensure the logistic and fulfillment process by working closely with internal and external partners and logistic vendors. . Liaise with internal department to provide ideas and information and ensure optimum support for all online & offline store and day business operation . In charge of P&L responsibility . Responsible for the implementation, development and maintenance of the CRM App, for SEA and liaise with relevant parties for back-end system updates and enhancement . Responsible for the maintenance and development of Adobe CRM platform . Undertake daily administrative tasks including handling customer service enquiries on direct channel . Design, develop and implement long term CRM strategy and customer journey for customer acquisition and retention and keep it constantly updated. . Perform segmentation of customers and develop unique campaigns to target each group and achieve optimal sales result . Responsible for member KPI reports and data analysis on effectiveness evaluation . Responsible for the development and implementation of digital marketing, social media strategies including SEO / SEM, planning and overseeing of social media campaigns . Responsible for organising and arranging ad-hoc VIP targeted events, driving on-line experience to offline. Requirement: . Degree holder with at least 6 years of digital marketing or communications, experience in Luxury industry/ high-end beauty/FMCG is preferred . Familiar with digital and social media marketing and CRM, technical background is a plus . Familiar with Adobe CRM . Well organized with good communication, analytical skill and interpersonal skills . A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Detailed-minded and able to handle multi-tasks . Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) to liaise with mandarin speaking users and customers. . Exposure in SEA Markets
