Job Description


E-Commerce and Digital Support: 1. Support uploading of contents for e-commerce and social media 2. Support launch and implementation of O2O campaigns 3. Implementations of digital marketing campaigns. 4. Create layout, write copy/subject lines, and communicate promotional details for all marketing collaterals 5. Measure results and ROI of traffic generations activities 6. Gather insights and E-Commerce performances 7. Produce reports to analyze the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions 8. Responsible to develop contents and manage company\xe2\x80\x99s digital platforms 9. Manage social media interactions 10. Define and lead e- commerce operations including order management, supply chain and customer services 11. Develop detailed project plans and managing all implementation processes 12. Coordinate work with IT team and internal stakeholders by defining project requirements and performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments 13. Coordinate onsite testing; oversees the testing process for CMS system enhancement

Customer Service Support: 1. Steering and manage Customer\xe2\x80\x99s experience both on line and off line. 2. Managing customer\xe2\x80\x99s feedback, complaints and compliment for in-house and CAG portal. 3. Provide support for end-to-end customer journey including on-site, on-line, social media experience and delivery 4. Provide and upkeep service recovery protocol. 5. Effectively supervises the day-to-day operation/activities of the customer service team

Customer Royalty Management 1. Manage and upkeep database 2. Manage activities and campaigns to engage members and increase ATV and basket size.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in relevant business related discipline
  • Proven track records in relevant role and responsibilities
  • At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in similar role
  • Strong experience with ecommerce and the ability to drive sales with creative marketing ideas and strategies
  • Strong written and oral English communication skills
  • Excellent customer-service orientation
  • Ability to partner with multi-departments and external stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Good organisational skill
  • Resourceful and maintains a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
