Job Summary:

- Salary Range: $5000 + VB
- Working hours: 5 Days work week, 9am - 6pm
- Working Location: Central
- Marketing related promotions planning for E Commerce.
- Festival/Seasonal promotion
- Bundle promotion
- Tactical promotion mechanics
- To seek opportunity and negotiate on 3rd party online business.
- Online and Offline activities to promote E Commerce business.
- Follow up with Merchandising department to consolidate stocks and assist in planning E Commerce promotion booklet and ensure sufficient stocks.
- Ensure sufficient time given to Visual Merchandising/ Graphic Design team to design advertising material and/or to touch up the product visuals for own social media and /or E Commerce usage/posting.
- Oversee the enabler in managing the E Commerce e-shop stocks from receiving orders, packing, and shipping to the customers/end users.
- Planning of communications through social media with internal department (Sales & Marketing) on E Promotions, E Announcement and E Marketing/ events to be posted in company SNS / online advertising.
- Oversee to ensure a smooth process in the handling of orders from brand.com, marketplace and others.
- Actively monitor sales progress and growth report.
- Compiling and consolidation of monthly reports.
- Monitor the fulfillment team to ensure delivery in a timely manner.
- To ensure sufficient stocks for brand.com and business partners.
