Job Description

: * Ensure smooth running and coordination of HeritageCares online and onsite programmes/events * Day-to-day administration and logistics matters including pre, during and post pr : Ensure smooth running and coordination of HeritageCares online and onsite programmes/events Day-to-day administration and logistics matters including pre, during and post programme/event matters and volunteer identification card requests Management of delivery requests for HeritageCares resources Pre and post programme matters for HeritageCares School Holiday Programmes in March, June, September, November, December and every quarter, including liaising with community partners, vendors and volunteers, etc Engage and develop heritage programmes, including liaising with suitable partners for HeritageCares key signature and partnership progammes Promote HeritageCares volunteering opportunities through recruitment and publicity Recruit, train and manage volunteers to assist in the delivery of online and onsite programmes/events Develop and implement engagement strategies to support organizational initiatives and volunteers' needs Collation and updating of data, including programme information, registration, feedback and contact lists Facilitate development of meaningful partnerships with volunteer groups, maintain communication with volunteers and assist with identified needs, where appropriate drawing out key success factors for further scaling Requirement: Diploma in Arts, Business Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or Social Sciences with minimum of 2 years of working experience. An education background in Arts Management, Education or Social Work would be an added advantage Related experience in programming, volunteer management, or events management Prior experience working with community groups, volunteers and/or social service sector Familiarity with editing applications such as Canva or Photoshop Familiarity with museums, arts, education, social service sector and volunteerism is essential Familiarity with government regulations, procurement would be advantageous Dynamic, highly driven individual with strong communication, problem-solving, administration and project management skills Resourceful, adaptable and meticulous with attention to details Self-motivated and able to work well in a team as well as independently Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment Keen interest and awareness of the arts, heritage, culture and accessibility Able to work on the stipulated hours indicated, including some weekends and public holidays Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
