Job Description

The Environment and Sustainability Team in Engineering and Development drives and pursues the key strategic thrust in Sustainability to reduce the airport electricity consumption and carbon footprint to meet Singapore\'s commitment to international agreements on climate change.

The role would require you to:

• Track, analyse, and report energy & water consumptions as well as resource and carbon emission reduction achievements across the airport.
• Prepare periodic reports detailing energy and water consumption usage against targets.
• Responsible for the operation & maintenance for Power Quality Meter and Energy Metering systems, including the enhancement of the capability and functionality of these systems
• Support in engineering sustainability and innovation initiatives (e.g. solar PV deployment, innovative solar technologies, digital twin solutions etc.) with other stakeholders within the organisation, which includes carrying out feasibility / business-case assessment, collaborating with external vendors, analysing trial data and presenting to management.
• Track, analyse and report energy and water savings from engineering asset replacement projects, operation optimisation and innovation trials/studies.
• Support in the forecasting, strategizing and calling for tenders for procurement electricity and renewable energy for Changi and Seletar Airports
• Handle monthly billing of electricity and renewable energy procurement
• Support in the renewal / application of Green Mark / ACI Carbon Accreditation/ ISO 14001 certifications for airport terminals and buildings

• Good Degree in Engineering, preferably in the electrical or sustainability field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong critical think and analytical skills
• Good writing, storyboarding and presentation abilities
• Good communication skills to engage and interact effectively with all stakeholders within and outside the organisation
• Strong planning, organizational and prioritization skills, able to manage/execute multiple projects concurrently with minimum supervision; prior relevant experience in both private and public sector stakeholder engagement will be advantageous
• Strong interest for environmental sustainability and carbon mitigation
• Possess a self-motivated and positive attitude, excellent work ethic and is a team player
