Location: Jurong East - Hybrid Work Arrangement

Salary Range: Up to $7,000.00

This is a Permanent Role.

This person should be strong in project management (able to handle different stakeholders) and also has some business development experience.

Ideally, have technological knowhow on modern API-Architectures, Payment solutions, and eCommerce. Ideally, some experience with automotive industry.

WHAT WE DO
Our client allow the customers to use the Payment platform to pay directly from the car: among other things, in-car payments as well as payment processing via app and in the web shop.
We are also developing exciting new payment products and solutions to provide customers with an even better user and payment experience.

WHO WE ARE
Our client is the market leader in Luxury Automotive industry. They currently has a payment solution which operates the central payment processing platform and act as the competence centre for payments.
Our client is now active in more than 45 countries on five continents, processing transactions for products and services.
Due to the increasingly global footprint, they are looking to open our first permanent representation in Asia.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• You will oversee driving growth within Asia by enabling businesses in the automotive industry to sell and scale more efficiently with a solid and easy-to-use payment solution.
• You are the first contact person for live markets, ongoing rollouts, our payment products, and business development for all stakeholders across all hierarchies both internally and externally in Asia.
• You pitch and explain different payment solutions for different use cases
• You target new internal customers in Asia by networking (events, fairs, online) and introducing the services
• You scout, review, and qualify newly identified internal customers
• You ensure that new customers are set-up for success
• Use analytical skills to understand the market and create a tailored strategy for the region
• Align strategy closely with HQ in Germany

Requirements

• You are a team player and willing to interact daily with different kinds of people across the organization.
• You are a resilient leader and self-starter, even if things go crazy.
• You are an excellent communicator in English and ideally conversational in German. Any Asian languages are a plus.
• You have successfully completed a university degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• You are a professional with multiple years of experience as a Business Development Manager or Project Manager in international & complex environments.
• Ideally, You have spent multiple years in Asian & Western cultures
• Ideally, You have technological knowhow on modern API-Architectures, Payment solutions, and eCommerce.
