Job Description

Job Purpose

To support the Executive Education Singapore Futures unit in the development and delivery of Futures-related community engagement initiatives, consultancy projects, and executive programmes.



- To coordinate and run futures-related events, e.g. executive programmes, workshops, competitions, webinars, consultancy projects, community events, etc.
- To support the administrative process of Futures-related projects, which include drafting programme proposals, project contracts or agreements, and post-programme reports
- To support in the marketing of Futures-related events and programmes, and outreach and engagements with our external stakeholders, which include a network of futures practitioners and programmes\' participants
- To support in the delivery of executive education programmes online and in person, predominantly in Singapore but may occasionally be overseas
- Other roles and duties as required by Head of Department

Qualifications

- Minimum university degree, preferably in a business or marketing field
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge and experience of branding and marketing campaign will be an advantage
- Experience working on programmes or projects for international institutions or clients
- Experience with end-to-end project management and able to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Sound information technology skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in Salesforce CRM, online conferencing and collaborative tools, and video and photo editing skills, is a plus
- Skills in database management, or ability to learn these skills quickly and effectively
- Excellent team player, motivated, proactive and willing to work after office hours when needed.
