:
Plan and manage special exhibitions and gallery rotations in the aspects of design development, fabrication and site renovation, conservation and mounting, artefact installations and de-installations of displays and security of displays
Plan and manage travelling exhibitions to other local and / or overseas venues
Manage the allocated budgets, procurement workand project timeline for the above-mentioned services
Coordinate activities of curators, conservators, registrars, designers, lighting technicians, outside contractors for shows; correspond and liaise between curators, registrars and conservators at ACM/TPM/Heritage Conservation Centre, and that of the external stakeholders (local/overseas institutions) for travelling exhibitions
Administrative support to the Collections & Exhibitions Department where necessary including procurement of goods and services, housekeeping, management of exhibition-related supplies, equipment, etc

Location: Raffles Place MRT Station/Bras Basah MRT Station
Contract Duration: 1 Year (extendable)
Job Requirements:
Degree in art management, design, conservation science or other relevant fields. Candidates holding a Diploma may be considered
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the art and culture industry, especially in museums and galleries. Candidates with less than 3 years of relevant experience may be considered
Efficient, organised, highly motivated with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Flexible, creative thinker, problem solver, good team leader with capacity for hard work
Interest in art, design, history; sensitivity to historical artefacts
