Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Outlet Manager in managing daily operations of the stall outlet
• Coordinate and handle inventory orders from suppliers
• Ensure exceptional customer service in line with company policies
• Oversee the maintenance of kitchen equipment and store facilities
• Prepare stir-fry dishes following company recipes and standards
• Supervise food preparation for stir-frying
• Ensure consistent portioning of food and sauces as per guidelines
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kiosk
• Support the seamless execution of daily tasks
• Ensure staff adherence to Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Job Requirement(s)

• Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in stir-fry cuisine
• Comfortable to work in an open kitchen setting
