Job Duties & Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 To assist the Restaurant Manager in his responsibilities and act in his capacity during his absence.
\xc2\xb7 To assist in work accordance with ROCC guidelines with the rest of the team.
\xc2\xb7 To maintain close communication with the Restaurant Manager.
\xc2\xb7 To lead the team in providing a flawless service and to exceed the guests dining experience in both outlets.
\xc2\xb7 To assist in secondary duty with task such as scheduling/AAS/inventory.
\xc2\xb7 Lead and coach a team of staff to ensure that all required tasks are completed.
\xc2\xb7 To assist in the recruitment, selection and training of new staff.
\xc2\xb7 Experienced and proactive manager with a proven record of effective communication.
\xc2\xb7 Effective leadership, decision making, coaching, delegation and motivation skills.
Job Requirements
\xc2\xb7 Minimal Secondary 5 or Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality, or Certificate in F&B Operations.
\xc2\xb7 Minimally 3 years of experience in F&B environment.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and oral communication skills.
