Job Description
Our Client:
Our client is a leading global data center provider. They are looking for an Assistant Manager, AP Finance to be a member of their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in their financial operations in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Accounts Payable process, ensuring the seamless processing and settlement of vendor invoices, as well as reconciliation of vendor Statement of Advice
- Manage balance sheet closing entries, including recurring accruals, goods receipt reconciliation and schedules, open PO reviews and accruals and prepayments, etc.
- Assist in the preparation and review of management accounts and AP schedules
- Prepare quarterly reporting with analysis of actual vs budget (month on month / quarter on quarter) relating to operating expenses / fixed assets
- Support the annual budgeting process and internal/external audits
- Undertake other assigned tasks to contribute to their financial success
- A minimum of a Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, with a preference for those experienced in AP Shared Services
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SAP S/4 Hana will be considered an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to confidently engage with external stakeholders
