You will assist to oversee the finance functions of the NCCS and be responsible for the NCCS Research Fund. Your duties and responsibilities will include:




Perform month end closing of the NCCS and NCC Research Fund Accounts

Review and maintain the General Ledger accounts

Perform and reconcile Inter-hospital billing

Prepare quarterly GST statements for review and submission

Prepare cashflow projections, propose payment schedules and manage treasury matters for NCCS

Handle bank related matters

Work with Finance Shared Services colleagues on payment related matters



You will also manage a small team performing review of purchase requisitions and management of fixed assets.

Job Requirements

Recognized Degree in Accountancy or equivalent Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant working experience, of which at least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role Meticulous, organized and able to work well with tight deadlines Independent individual with the ability to multi-task and liaise with stakeholders at all levels Possess excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills * Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
