Here is an opportunity to welcome you to join a well-established organization from real estate industry. We are looking for an accounting professional with prior experience in handling financial analysis in budgeting, forecasting portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business planning, margin variance analysis, sales pipelines, business performance analysis and business controlling reports
- Involve in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Work closely different stakeholders to extract and anlyse data to support business decision making
- Create and maintain financial models and forecast of the company future business activities
- Support the development and implementation of Finance policies and procedures.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or with relevant certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional qualifications
- At least 1-3 years relevant experience with proven financial analysis record covered Asia Pacific or regional HQ may be advantageous
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment and meet the deadline to be given
