Job Description
:The CompanyOpportunity to join a fast growing leader in the medical devices and consumables industry as Assistant FP&A Manager for APAC.The RoleReporting to the Head of FP&A, you will be responsible for the consolidation for APAC, supporting the APAC leadership team on management reporting, business review and commentaries. Your stakeholders include the Regional Controllership team, Cluster Finance Business Partners, Head of Department for Supply Chain, Marketing, etc.As a key and pioneer member in the APAC FP&A team, you will lead and drive the FP&A function for the region including reporting standardization and efficiency as well as use of analytics tools.Your ProfileAs the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accounting or ACCA with the following relevant experience
- At least 8 years of experience in a regional FP&A capacity
- Exposure within the FMCG, Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry
- Strong Excel and Power BI skills and exposure to analytics tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, Anaplan or BPC
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and maturity in interacting with senior stakeholders is a must
- Ability to be hands-on, flexible, nimble and agile as this role will be part of the pioneer team in the APAC regional office
