Our Client, a Global firm is seeking to recruit an Assistant Manager/Senior Associate for their Fund Accounting team as part of the growth plan.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a Port-folio of assigned clients
- Provide fund administration services and maintain relationship with clients
- Involved in the onboarding of new clients and working closely with the compliance team to drive for smooth execution
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the Fund Accountants, and by acting as the first level reviewer
- Manage the capital call/ distribution notices, NAV statements, partners\xe2\x80\x99 capital statements and management of accounts
- Review financial statements and ensure they are compliant with the relevant accounting standards
- Assist in billing of service fees to clients and monitoring the collection of service fees from clients
- Provide technical training to the junior members
- Involved in the implementation of new process and procedure introduced to the firm
- Degree in accountancy (CPA/ACCA/ACA ) or finance or equivalent
- Sound knowledge of Singapore FRS/IFRS and US GAAP will be of an added advantage
- Possess at least 3 to 5 years of accounting/audit experience
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
