We are looking for a passionate and versatile GTM Specialist / Graphic Design who can bridge creative design and marketing execution. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design foundation who is eager to expand into marketing -- supporting product launches, retail communications and go-to-market activities.
The role requires close collaboration with the product, communications and digital teams to ensure consistent storytelling and visually engaging communication across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design
Design and adapt key visuals, retail POS materials, Product materials, and presentation decks based on brand guidelines.
Support product launch toolkits including packaging mock-ups, display graphics, and event materials.
Ensure design quality, consistency, and timely delivery across regional markets.
Marketing & GTM Coordination
Support regional go-to-market plans, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and campaign assets.
Liaise with local markets to gather marketing requirements and ensure campaign readiness.
Assist in preparing marketing calendars, launch summaries, and post-campaign reports.
Collaborate with external agencies or vendors for production and creative adaptation.
Track asset deployment and help maintain the marketing asset library.
Brand & Communication
Uphold and evolve brand identity through visual storytelling.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas and product positioning.
* Contribute to improving internal communication and presentation quality across the region.
