Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to analyse and propose solutions to business requirements & issues.
• Drive discussions with users to align on requirements and suggest design improvements.
• Conduct end user training and support.
• Documentation and development of user guide.
• Prepare project plans including migration risk, milestones, quality, and business sign-off details.
• Ensuring data harmonization and synchronization between systems.

Working Hours:

• Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri; 8am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm

Salary:

• Up to $7000 + PB

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in managing HRIS on ECC or S/4 HANA and integration between SuccessFactors and S/4 HANA or ECC.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting data replication issues between SuccessFactors to S/4 HANA or ECC.
• Hands-on design and configuration with at least 3 S4 HANA/ECC HCM implementation experience cycles.
• Familiar with S/4 HANA LSMW, ABAP, PFCG, and SuccessFactors Role Base Permission.
• Have at least administrative know-how on managing SuccessFactors modules in at least 3 of the following modules - Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning and talent management modules (Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, etc.).
• Experience in data analytics and/or visualization (e.g., using SAP Analytics Cloud, Stories, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, etc.) will be added advantages.
• Strong understanding of implementation strategy and integration approaches.
• Good project management and delivery skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
