Assistant Manager (HRBP at Non-Profit Organisation)
The Challenges:
Developing High Performing Teams
Managing a team of staff
Developing and reviewing staff competency and manpower efficiency
Providing general supervision to the staff
Planning, Implementating and Evaluating Services
Planning, implementing and evaluating active ageing programmes and community outreach work (Building elderly\xe2\x80\x99s self-help capacity and communities that support ageing in place)
Developing SOPs for needs assessment, community outreach and appropriate interventions, (Escalation protocols, service linkage and follow-up)
Evaluating services and programme outcomes and recommend areas of improvement.
Strategic Local Partnerships
Managing relationship with service providers and grassroots organizations in each catchment area
Attending local networking meetings
Promoting collaborative relationship actively and establish working level processes
Developing and managing volunteers
Working with community stakeholders to coordinate volunteering efforts
Developing a process of volunteer screening, development and sustainability.
Administration
Working with the administrative manager to implement administrative processes and ensure compliance to Finance and Human Resource Policies
Preparing and submitting of data to statutory boards and other funders
Ensuring accurate input of data into the records system
Prompting rectification of non-compliance of any financial, HR and data protection protocols.
What it Takes:
Degree, with min. 3 years of relevant experience in Social Services / Eldercare
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Driven and motivated
Proficient in Microsoft Office
