Summary

The objective of the position is to, as a strategic business partner, provide both HR solutions and advice to business leaders to achieve operational efficiency and meet business goals. The role will require broad HRBP skills in all areas, and will have specific accountability for Corporate Social Responsibility, Engagement, Colleague Wellness and Company Recognition.

What will you do?

  • The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his/her superior:
  • Confidently partner with the business to identify their needs in all areas of HR, implementing initiatives that support the business strategy in Singapore
  • Support the business in delivering strategic requirements through by optimizing the skills of our colleagues
  • Trusted partner, providing excellent judgement, advice, support and direction to Managers and Colleagues throughout the business
  • Directly lead the local (Singapore) areas of HR Policy & Process, Government Accreditations, Staff Engagement, Wellness, Performance, amongst others
  • Work alongside other HR specialist teams to support the delivery of their projects in HR Op-erations, Employee Lifecycle (Talent Acquisition & Employee Branding, Learning & Development, Culture & Engagement) and HR Systems
What will you need?
  • 5 years experience in HR roles. Generalist or Business Partner roles advantageous.
  • Vibrant, motivated people-person with very strong communication skills, demonstrating great judgement and initiative
  • Ability to stand in for the Human Resources Senior Manager in their absence
  • Experience working alongside Directors, Managers and Colleagues at all levels. Beneficial to have worked with people from different nationalities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced company where leading and adapting to change is part of our DNA
  • Desire for continuous improvement with a problem-solving attitude
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail is required, Excel skills are strongly advantageous, experience with SAP HR or Success Factors are also beneficial
  • Fluent English is essential, additional languages may be beneficial
