Requirements
Ideally Diploma or Bachelors Degree with specialization in Human Resource Management or any related discipline preferred.
At least 5 years experience as a HR generalist.
Good working knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practice.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Enjoys working in a highly empowered and energetic workplace environment.
Willingness to learn and develop expertise across various HR disciplines.
Comfortable working with HR systems.
Can create engaging presentations and written documents.
Strong in Microsoft Excel.
Responsible for the day-to-day HR operational matters for Jen Singapore Tanglin
Keep abreast and analyze trends in compensation and benefits; proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Manage the entire talent acquisition process
Update and maintain the HRIS system to keep HR records current
Promote and launch HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
Work closely with division heads on year-end performance review
Oversee all matters of employee work pass and visas
