Requirements

  • Ideally Diploma or Bachelors Degree with specialization in Human Resource Management or any related discipline preferred.
  • At least 5 years experience as a HR generalist.
  • Good working knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Enjoys working in a highly empowered and energetic workplace environment.
  • Willingness to learn and develop expertise across various HR disciplines.
  • Comfortable working with HR systems.
  • Can create engaging presentations and written documents.
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day HR operational matters for Jen Singapore Tanglin
  • Keep abreast and analyze trends in compensation and benefits; proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Manage the entire talent acquisition process
  • Update and maintain the HRIS system to keep HR records current
  • Promote and launch HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
  • Work closely with division heads on year-end performance review
  • Oversee all matters of employee work pass and visas
