Job Description
We are partnering with a real estate giant in search for an Investment & Asset Manager to join their team.
- Regional scope
- Property giant with global presence
- Financial modelling and management reporting
Responsibilities
- Supporting the growth of real estate portfolio by identifying and supporting new investment opportunities
- Developing plans for acquisitions/mergers/partnerships for short and long term investment goals
- Evaluating business opportunities in the Southeast Asian region
- Managing real estate projects in Southeast Asia to generate maximum returns
- Preparation of management reports and presenting to the board
- Minimally 8 years of working experience in investments/asset management, preferably with exposure to the Real Estate industry
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real estate or a related field
- Experience with financial analysis and modelling
- Experience with commercial properties investment will be an advantage
