Solicit, identify and analyse potential innovation projects for implementation. Drive and facilitate collaboration between stakeholders to drive the implementation of the innovation projects under the Synapxe.
Role & Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager's primary Role & Responsibilities will be to identify and evaluate innovation projects from the various forums/sources with the main aim and objective of converting these into structured collaborations between users, internal teams and the industry solution providers and manage the outcomes of the projects. They are empowered to recommend and try innovative ways and approaches to achieve these outcomes. They work collaboratively with the rest of the internal and user teams to manage the innovation projects to successful completion.
