What the role is:
This traineeship with the Assurance, Care and Engagement (ACE) Group. ACE Group works closely with stakeholders to enable a resilient ecosystem to support the well-being of migrant workers so that businesses have access to workers who are productive and appreciated by the community.
What you will be working on:
The trainee would assist the district officers to conduct routine inspections of Migrant Workers (MWs) dormitories, in accordance to the stipulated regulations. The job also entails ensuring the overall well-being of MWs through ground engagement with MWs in need and supporting various social/community activities catered for MW, alongside grassroots, NGOs or youth groups.
What we are looking for:
- Prior knowledge in regulatory affairs or risk management will be considered an advantage. o Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work output.
