Job Description
$7K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities
- Assist in the conceptualisation, development and production of the Annual Report and Sustainability Report.
- Assist in the monitoring and reporting of the organisation's sustainability performance to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Engage with ESG analysts and rating agencies and provide relevant disclosures.
- Assist in the production of investor relations materials such as press releases, announcements, presentations, and website contents.
- Conduct research and analysis of REITs and real estate industry.
- Plan and execute investor and analyst events such as AGMs, investor roadshows and conferences.
- Prepare scripts and FAQs for senior management ahead of key events such as AGMs, EGMs, and quarterly results.
- Responsible for conducting daily news scan and producing the daily market update for management.
- Degree in the areas of sustainability, communications, business or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry and/or knowledge of sustainability/finance/accounting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
