Assistant Manager, IT Operations & Maintenance
Job Summary
We are seeking an IT professional to support and ensure the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network systems.
What You Will Do:
IT Operations Management:
Support daily IT operations, monitor system health, and deploy/maintain hardware and software.Maintenance & Support:
Perform routine maintenance, provide technical support to staff, and maintain an accurate IT asset inventory.Security & Compliance:
Assist in implementing IT security policies, support security audits, and ensure compliance with data privacy laws.Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:
Coordinate with external vendors and liaise with internal departments to understand their IT needs.What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. At least 7 years in IT operations, support, or maintenance roles. Experience with network management, server administration, and IT security best practices. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking technologies. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
ITIL or other IT service management frameworks. Basic Scripting & Automation Skills Emerging Technologies Awareness (IoT, AI)
